We love our volunteers! Whether it's a one time or a long-term commitment, volunteers truly help make our program a success. There are countless ways you can volunteer. You can help support programming at a school site or at our office. Are you a high school student in need of community service hours? We can help with that, too!
Give back with your team by volunteering with our youth, supporting one of our drives (Thanksgiving meals, Winter Comfort, Mother’s Day, and more) or adopting a school for the year. For more information on corporate volunteer opportunities contact Heidi Weaver-Smith.
For individuals interested in volunteering, we have opportunities for you to volunteer at a program site, in our office, or at one of our special events. Please contact the staff member in your area to learn more:
Our annual Thanksgiving Meal Drive offers you or your organization a wonderful opportunity to provide a Thanksgiving dinner for a family in need. Businesses, schools, religious groups, and individuals have generously supported this effort year after year. If your group would like to support this drive, please contact Heidi Weaver-Smith.
Winter Break is an exciting time for kids - No school for two weeks! However, many of the children we serve face challenges during the two week break. The majority of the students we serve qualify for the Federal Free & Reduced Meal program, which provides children in need with both breakfast and lunch during the school day. Without access to daily meals during winter break, food insecurity is even worse. To support this drive contact Heidi Weaver-Smith.
